Maintenance intelligence for the floor and the front office

See the risk. Ready the repair. Keep production moving.

Maintenance Master is the connected CMMS that turns inspections, critical spares, overdue PM, delayed work, and cost into a clear operating picture—so the people who see the issue, plan the work, perform the repair, and improve the process share the same next move.

  • One 0–100 operational health score across the risks that can derail the week
  • Machine condition from digital or print-ready inspections
  • Critical-spares coverage before downtime turns into a parts wait
  • QR and Code 128 barcode labels that make parts easier to find and manage

Built by technicians. Every core capability is included on every plan, and requester submissions stay free.

The decision layer your maintenance system has been missing

The signals that shape maintenance performance. One clearer operating picture.

Move beyond counts of open work orders. Maintenance Master connects equipment condition, material readiness, and execution pressure so teams can see why performance is changing—and where to intervene.

02

Machine Health

Turn inspections into a condition score people can act on.

Build reusable inspection checkpoints, rate each condition, and turn the latest completed inspection into a clear health percentage and condition state.

1–5 condition rating per checkpoint
  • Complete inspections digitally at the asset
  • Print a blank report when paper fits the floor
  • See flagged points, notes, history, and printable reports
  • Use reusable inspection templates to standardize checks
03

Repair Readiness

Know whether the repair can start before the machine stops.

Define the critical parts and minimum quantities each asset needs. Live inventory becomes a readiness percentage with exact shortages exposed.

100% critical-parts coverage target
  • Asset-specific critical spares lists
  • Coverage based on current on-hand stock
  • Required, available, and short quantities
  • At-risk assets surfaced on the global dashboard

From signal to standard

Close the loop between seeing a problem and preventing the next one.

A health score only matters when the rest of the system can act on it. Maintenance Master keeps the evidence, plan, people, parts, work, cost, and learning connected.

One connected way of working

Plan the work. Execute the repair. Improve what happens next.

The system serves the whole maintenance loop without forcing each part of the team into a different tool or a different version of the truth.

Plan with clarity

Start the shift with the risks, priorities, and constraints already visible.

Backlog, PM, parts pressure, repair readiness, urgent jobs, schedule, and cost live in one decision view—so the plan starts with the full picture.

  • Know what is late, blocked, short, or deteriorating
  • Balance upcoming work with the crews available to do it
  • Tie labor, material, and purchasing back to the job
  • Carry a defensible view of risk and spend into every review

Execute with context

Give every repair the information—and the clean handoff—it deserves.

Technicians can move from the asset to the work, parts, instructions, and repair history without hunting through binders, drives, or somebody else’s memory.

  • Open assets and work from scan-ready labels
  • Carry clear tasks, inspections, and instructions to the floor
  • Record time, parts, files, findings, and completion notes once
  • Leave the next technician a useful repair history

Improve with evidence

Turn what the floor learns into the next better standard.

Standardize inspections and task lists, track health over time, preserve proven fixes, and keep improvement ideas visible instead of losing them in hallway conversations.

  • Create common inspection standards across assets and sites
  • Use score trends to focus improvement effort
  • Build a searchable memory of symptoms and resolutions
  • Capture, discuss, and progress ideas from the people doing the work

Bring the whole operation into the loop

Capture the floor’s requests and improvement ideas without giving everyone a full workspace seat.

Questions from serious evaluators

Clear answers about how the platform works.

No vague “AI-powered” promises. The scores come from the maintenance data your team can see, verify, and improve.

How is the Operational Health Score calculated?

The score starts at 100 and reflects six live risk drivers: repair-readiness shortages, average machine health, overdue PM, stockouts, work waiting on parts, and overdue work. Each factor is weighted, shown separately, and saved into a monthly trend so the score is explainable—not a black box.

Can machine inspections be completed digitally or on paper?

Both. Technicians can record an inspection directly in the asset workspace, or print a blank inspection report for a paper-first floor process and enter the results afterward. Recorded inspections retain item ratings, comments, the calculated machine-health score, and printable history.

What does Repair Readiness measure?

You define the critical parts and minimum quantities required for each asset. Maintenance Master compares that requirement with current stock and shows coverage percentage, units available, units short, and which assets are at risk.

Does the platform track maintenance cost?

Yes. Labor entries, issued parts, work-order costs, purchase orders, replenishment exposure, and inventory value feed practical cost views that make maintenance spend easier to understand, explain, and act on.

Can operators submit requests without buying full user seats?

Yes. The public request portal supports scoped access links, photo attachments, email updates, and status lookup without placing every requester inside the main workspace. Requester submissions stay free on every plan.

Is Maintenance Master built for one site or many?

Both. Start with a single user and grow into teams, nested locations, multiple sites, maps, location-based inventory, global dashboards, and role-aware access without changing platforms.
